Rate-card change log_DRAFT — pending Sprint 009 counsel review
Pricing changes are recorded here with effective dates and version identifiers. Every receipt carries a rate_card_version referencing the entry active at billing time (docs/41 §8).
Verify a signed receipt at /trust/verify. Historical public keys archived at /trust/keys.json.
Phase 2 architecture closed. Paid beta pricing TBD per captain ruling F2. Founder confirms canonical rates before Sprint 010 GA. Both lanes (Model Lane T1/T2/T3 and Raw Compute Shared/Isolated/Dedicated) are in scope; per-token and per-GPU-hour rates are placeholders until Sprint 005 bench numbers land and captain rules. This entry exists as a versioned compliance placeholder per LEGAL-3 / FND-51 so receipts issued during paid beta can reference rate_card_version = "v0.1.0".
Rate-card scope
Each entry covers both lanes: Model Lane (T1 / T2 / T3 per-token rates) and Raw Compute (Shared / Isolated / Dedicated per-GPU-hour rates). When rates are confirmed by captain ruling F2, both lanes will be versioned together in a single entry per LEGAL-7 (ToS uniform across both lanes).
Volume discounts (docs/41 §2) and Data Pack add-on rates are covered by the same version string. Subscription pack bundled rates (docs/41 §1.7) carry the same version on their receipts.
