It reads what your business actually knows.

A generic AI has read the public internet. It has not read your live inventory, your last six months of sales SMS, your written-down financing programs, or the email your senior closer drafts on a Tuesday. A trained model has — that is the entire point.

The difference is structural, not stylistic. Our live training queue sees 10,378 regional news samples a month, 5,750 financial-ticker samples during market hours, and 4,649 sports-score samples on the same cadence. When the trained model answers, it is reading material the generic model was never given.

A dealership in San Diego, a hotel in Oaxaca, and a law firm in Cleveland do not sound alike. A generic AI defaults to one warm-and-helpful tone that is no one's tone. The same architecture handles disambiguation a generic model gets wrong. The word "football" in t1.usa-ca-sf.sport means NFL; in t1.uk-london.sport it means soccer; in t1.india-mumbai.sport it means cricket. Same single English word, three correct answers, decided by the trained context — not by a long system prompt the buyer has to author and re-author.

A specialized small model on shared infrastructure replies for a small fraction of generic-AI rates at SMB volumes. The math is mechanical: smaller model, less memory per reply, more replies per GPU hour, lower floor. The cost difference is not a promise; it is what falls out of running a 7B-class model that was trained for the job instead of a frontier model that was trained for everything.

The SMB outcome: a trained AI on every surface, priced under the cost of a single hire. No enterprise contract, no minimum commit, no annual seat fee. You pay per reply on a signed receipt.

It is evaluated before it ships. It never bluffs.

Every reply runs an evaluation pass before it leaves the model. If confidence drops below the threshold the trained model holds for that vertical, the reply routes to a human instead of inventing. A law-firm trained AI never invents precedent. A dealership trained AI never quotes a financing rate the lender does not offer. A hotel trained AI never confirms a rate plan that does not exist.

The same gate runs on billing. Failed evaluations zero the line item on the signed receipt — you do not pay for a reply that did not pass. Trust is the foundation, not the pitch.

A buyer in San Diego asking about a 2024 RAV4 hits a stack composed of the base model, the agent layer, the California geo layer, the dealer archetype layer, and your store's trained behavioral layer.
